What to Expect
At Forest Grove Baptist Church, we believe in the power of God's love. From the moment you arrive our goal is to make you feel KNOWN, NOTICED an LOVED where you will be greeted by our welcome team. We have a mix of traditional and contemporary worship followed by Inspiring Biblical Teaching from Gods word. Services typically last about 75 minutes and you are encouraged to come as you are.
What about my Kids
We love children and have an array of programs and opportunities for them to come to a safe, age appropriate environment to hear and learn about Jesus. We have a team of trained and background checked leaders available during all services.
Messages
Each week you will hear engaging Holy Spirit filled messages formed out of God's word that is inspiring and relevant to your daily life. Our sermons are designed to challenge you to grow your personal relationship with Jesus Christ to a deeper level and by our relationship we can go out into the world and fulfill the "Great Commission" by being a reflection of Jesus's love. Worship
Worship is more than a group of songs that are being sung but a time in which we gather and prepare our hearts to welcome in the Holy Spirit and praise Him for all his goodness, grace and love that he has given us. We sing a blend of traditional and contemporary songs and you are encouraged and welcomed to stand, lift your hands or silently stand in the presence of God. Whatever your method of worship do it as though it is unto the Lord and thank him for his Love.
